Hello everyone!
We decided that it was time for us to update our page and give you a
better view on what's going on in our lives...
A year ago at this time, May 3rd to be exact, we moved into our home.
We've been working on updating a little at a time by painting and
updating the lighting fixtures. So far, we have our bedroom, the living
room and dining room almost complete. The kitchen is our next project -
we are starting by painting the ceiling white and the walls a light lemon
color. Eventually, we'd like to repaint the cupboards and replace the
flooring in there. The outside has been an area of concentration lately,
too. Our arborvitae hedge that separated our house from our neighbor's
started dying... So, we pulled it out. Next step - getting a fence up
between the houses. We've had fun planting a small garden of
tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, onions, carrots, peas, beans and
potatoes in place of the hedge in our backyard.
Other news: I, Amanda, have made a drastic career change. I'm now
employed at Target Distribution with Terry. So far, I'm really liking the
change of being a Packer.
